Stop Guessing. Start Running Stronger.

Our Resolve to Run program is a structured, data-driven system built exclusively for runners, whether you're rehabbing an injury, building back mileage, or training for your next race.

Every spring, we watch the same thing happen. Runners feel great, mileage climbs, and then somewhere around June, right when race season gets good, something goes wrong.  IT band. Plantar fascia. A hip that won't cooperate. It's not bad luck. It's a foundation problem. And it's almost always preventable.

That's what the RESOLVE to RUN Program is built around. We start with a comprehensive evaluation that looks at exactly what your body is doing and where the gaps are.

From there, we build a plan around your numbers, your gaps, and your body.

Frequently asked Questions

Do I need a doctor's referral?

Nope. NJ is a direct-access state for physical therapy, which means you can see me without a referral. Just book and come in.

Do you take insurance?

I'm a cash-pay clinic, which means no insurance middleman, no surprise bills, and no fighting over what's "covered." You get a full hour of one-on-one care — not 15 minutes shared with three other patients. I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

I'm not injured — is this still for me?

Yes, and honestly, this is one of the best times to come in. The Runner's Assessment is just as valuable for performance as it is for rehab. We'll find the limiters holding back your speed, durability, and efficiency before they turn into injuries.

What if I'm a brand-new runner?

Even better. Getting a baseline now — strength, mobility, gait, load tolerance — sets you up to build mileage smartly instead of learning the hard way. Most running injuries happen in the first year. Let's skip that.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear what you'd normally run in — shoes included. Bring any other shoes you rotate through. If you have a recent training log (Strava, Garmin, a notebook), that helps too.

How fast will I see results?

Most runners feel a shift within the first 2–3 weeks of following the plan. Rebuilding tissue capacity, fixing strength deficits, and changing how you move take longer — usually 6–12 weeks for meaningful change. I'll give you a realistic timeline based on what we find, not a sales pitch.

What happens after the assessment?

That's up to you. Some runners take the plan and run with it (literally) and check in every couple of months. Others want hands-on rehab or a structured performance program — I offer both, plus small group training for runners who want community and accountability. We'll figure out the right fit at the end of your assessment.

Is this just gait analysis?

No. Gait analysis alone is one of the most over-sold services in running. Without strength data, load tolerance testing, and your training history, gait video is just a pretty video. We use all four together — that's what makes the assessment actually useful.

I've been to PT before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Most PT clinics aren't built for runners. They give you a sheet of clamshells, see you for 20 minutes, and discharge you when your pain is gone — not when you're actually ready to run. I treat you like an athlete from day one, with the goal of getting you running better than before, not just pain-free on the couch.

How do I book?

Why Choose This Program

Built for Runners. Backed by Data.

VALD ForceDecks Strength Testing

Know exactly where your body is breaking down with bilateral strength assessment and limb symmetry testing — the same technology used by elite sports teams. Re-tested at key milestones so you can see your progress, not just feel it.

Video Gait Analysis

Slow-motion treadmill analysis in the sagittal and frontal planes reveals what the naked eye misses. We build your program around what your movement actually shows us.

Progressive In-Person + App-Based Training

Every program includes hands-on sessions and a fully built strength plan through the app — updated in phases, tracked by RPE feedback, and accessible anywhere you train.
